Important information to note before your departure:
1. We kindly request that you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance of the scheduled activity and check-in. Being late may lead to you losing the opportunity to participate and refund will not be possible.
2. We accommodate free of charge cancellations and modifications to your reservations from customers up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
3. Ensure that you are well-acquainted with the location of the meeting point, which may vary depending on the specific tour.
4. On the day of your activity, we recommend wearing clothes suitable for potential exposure to water. A swimsuit is advised, and we suggest the use of a hat for head protection.
5. If you plan to bring a camera or cell phone, consider utilizing a waterproof case or a dry bag. Please be aware that we do not accept responsibility in the event of damage.
6. We highly recommend the application of sunscreen with an SPF rating of 50 or higher for sun protection.
7. It’s a good idea to bring a water bottle, as there is no onboard bar service on our boats.
8. With the exception of guide dogs, please note that no other animals are permitted on our tours.
9. Please be aware that the execution of our activities and entering the caves is dependent upon sea conditions and approval from local authorities.
10. In the event of sea/ weather conditions that may impact the safety of your experience, we reserve the right to cancel or rebook the trip. We will make every effort to notify you in advance, however we retain the right to cancel tours even on the day of the scheduled activity, if necessary. In case we are unable to proceed with the scheduled tour at all, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
